Laser showdown: which beam is best for prostate surgery?

Summary

This study aims to find out which of three common surgical lasers works best for removing enlarged prostate tissue. Men aged 50-80 with BPH who need surgery will be randomly assigned to have their procedure done with one of the lasers. Researchers will measure how efficiently each laser removes tissue and track patient recovery and side effects like incontinence.
