This study looked back at 143 patients with two types of lung scarring diseases (IPF and hypersensitivity pneumonitis) to see how well three different scoring systems predict survival. Researchers compared the GAP, ILD-GAP, and CPI scores using patient records. The goal was to find which tool works best for each disease type, but no new treatment was tested.
