First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study compares two patient positions during a minimally invasive surgery for kidney stones smaller than 2 cm. About 70 adults will be randomly placed either on their back or on their side to see which position helps clear stones better and reduces complications. The goal is to find a simple way to improve surgery outcomes without extra tools.
