First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at 20 adults with both high pressure in the belly (intra-abdominal hypertension) and severe lung injury (ARDS). It compares two methods for setting the ventilator's pressure to open the lungs: one based on lung pressure measurements and another using electrical imaging. The goal is to see which method works better and causes less harm to other organs.
