Spine fracture pain relief: which procedure works best?

Summary
This study compares four different procedures to relieve pain from spinal compression fractures. About 1000 adults with back pain lasting at least one month will be randomly assigned to vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, stentoplasty, or thermal facet ablation. The main goal is to see which treatment provides the best pain relief two days after the procedure.
