Summary

This study compares three treatments—dry needling, shock wave therapy, and pulsed radiofrequency—for people with chronic muscle pain (myofascial pain syndrome). 60 adults aged 18-65 with back pain lasting at least 3 months will be randomly assigned to one of the treatments. The goal is to see which method reduces pain and improves daily function the most.
