New nerve block battle: which one eases chest surgery pain best?

Summary
This study aims to find the best way to manage pain after a common type of minimally invasive chest surgery (VATS). Researchers will compare two different nerve-block injection techniques, given with ultrasound guidance, to see which provides better pain relief and higher patient satisfaction. The study will involve 90 adults undergoing elective surgery, measuring their pain levels, opioid use, and recovery quality over 24 hours and up to three months.
