First seen Jan 20, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tested two different types of contact lenses worn overnight to control moderate nearsightedness (myopia) in adults. Forty participants wore the lenses while sleeping to see which design better improved vision and reduced the need for glasses. The goal was to find a more effective way to manage myopia without daytime lenses.
