Summary

This study tested two different attachment systems (Equator and Novaloc) for lower dentures held in place by dental implants. The goal was to see which one gives better retention, patient satisfaction, and quality of life. 26 adults aged 60-70 with no teeth took part. The findings help dentists choose the best option for a more stable and comfortable denture.
