Which nerve block wins for shoulder surgery recovery?

Summary

This study compares four different nerve blocks used during shoulder surgery to find which one causes the least diaphragm paralysis, reduces pain and opioid use, and improves recovery. About 88 adults aged 18-65 having elective arthroscopic shoulder surgery will take part. The goal is to identify the best block for better recovery and fewer side effects.
