New study aims to ease shoulder pain after lung cancer surgery

Summary
This study tests two types of nerve blocks to see which better prevents shoulder pain after lung surgery. About 75 adults with lung cancer will receive either an interscalene block, an anterior suprascapular block, or standard pain relief. The goal is to find a more effective way to manage pain without strong side effects.
