This study compared two types of nerve blocks for pain after breast surgery. The goal was to see which one reduces the need for strong painkillers (opioids) and their side effects like nausea and breathing trouble. Sixty adults having breast surgery with lymph node removal took part. The results help doctors choose the best pain relief method.
