Summary
This study tested two different hands-on therapy methods for people with long-term neck pain. 32 adults aged 35-45 with chronic mechanical neck pain received either facet oscillatory mobilization or mobilization with movement. The goal was to see which technique better reduces pain, improves neck movement, and helps with daily activities.
