Study aims to reduce nosebleeds in kids during surgery
NCT ID NCT06985108
Summary
This study compared two types of breathing tubes inserted through the nose for children having dental surgery under general anesthesia. Researchers wanted to see which tube caused fewer nosebleeds and was easier and faster to place. They studied 98 children aged 3 to 18 to find the safer, more comfortable option for this common procedure.
