Summary
This study aims to understand the differences between psychosis caused by methamphetamine use and schizophrenia. Researchers will follow 200 adults in Egypt who have either condition, tracking their symptoms and recovery over three months. The goal is to see if these two types of psychosis look different, respond differently to treatment, and have different outcomes.
