Face-Off: two needle treatments battle burn scars

Summary
This study tests two mesotherapy treatments—tranexamic acid and glutathione—to reduce dark spots on the face after burns. Sixty adults with healed facial burns will receive both treatments on different halves of the same spot, then be followed for 6 months. The goal is to see which works better for evening skin tone.
