First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study compares a new trauma-focused version of mentalization-based treatment (MBT-TF) with standard MBT for adults who have both borderline personality disorder and complex PTSD. The goal is to see if the new therapy is practical and acceptable to patients and clinicians. About 40 participants will be enrolled at Geneva University Hospitals, and the results will help plan a larger future trial.
