Summary
This study aims to find out which treatment works better for long blockages in the main leg artery that cause painful cramping when walking (claudication). Researchers will compare traditional bypass surgery to a less invasive procedure that uses catheters to open the artery. The goal is to see which treatment keeps the artery open longer and helps patients walk farther with less pain.
