Summary
This study aimed to find out which of two common medical tools gives doctors a better view when placing a breathing tube in adults. Researchers tested both the standard Macintosh blade and the Miller blade on over 1,100 patients during elective surgery. The goal was to gather knowledge to help make this common procedure safer and easier, especially for less experienced medical staff.
