Summary
This study looked at 190 people having laparoscopic appendix removal to see which method of closing the appendix stump works better: a hand-tied knot or a small clip. The goal was to find out which technique leads to fewer problems like bowel slowdown or infection within 15 days after surgery. Results will help surgeons choose the safest approach.
