Summary
This study tested two different drug mixtures (Ketodex and Ketofol) to see which one causes fewer dangerous drops in blood pressure when putting elderly patients to sleep for surgery. 102 adults over 65 having non-cardiac surgery took part. The goal was to find a safer way to start anesthesia in older people.
