First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study compares three ways to record the jaw's natural resting position (centric relation) for dental treatments like crowns or dentures. Twenty adults with good oral health will have their jaw recorded using a traditional bite material, a digital intraoral scanner, and an optical jaw tracker. The goal is to see which method is most accurate and consistent, helping dentists choose the best technique for precise dental fittings.
