Summary
This study compares two common hormone treatments used during IVF: one with FSH alone and one with both FSH and LH. All 300 women will also receive dydrogesterone to control natural hormone surges. Researchers will track egg maturity, embryo quality, and early pregnancy to see if adding LH offers any benefit.
