NCT ID NCT01634867
First seen Apr 19, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study was designed to compare two methods of giving medication to children who need a breathing tube in an emergency: through a vein (IV) or into the bone (intraosseous). The goal was to see which method works faster and leads to easier intubation. However, the study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled, so no results are available.
