First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study compares two methods of placing a breathing tube (fiberoptic vs direct laryngoscopy) during opioid-free anesthesia to see which keeps heart rate and blood pressure more stable. It involves 90 adults aged 18-55 having elective surgery. Researchers will also measure how long intubation takes and check for side effects like sore throat or airway injury.
