Which injection technique works best for frozen shoulder?

Summary

This study tests three different ways to inject medicine into the shoulder joint for people with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). Thirty adults with shoulder pain and stiffness will be randomly assigned to receive an injection through the front, back, or both. The goal is to see which method provides the best pain relief and improves movement.
