Summary

This study compared two minimally invasive treatments for an enlarged prostate (BPH)—holmium laser enucleation (HoLEP) and water vapor therapy (Rezum)—to see how they affect sexual function and ejaculation. 110 men aged 50+ with moderate to severe symptoms took part. The goal was to find which procedure better preserves sexual health while still relieving urinary symptoms.
