Summary

This study compares two laparoscopic surgeries (Nissen fundoplication and Hill-Snow repair) for people with a congenital hiatal hernia and severe acid reflux. About 40 participants will be randomly assigned to one surgery and followed with endoscopy before, during, and after the procedure. The goal is to see which technique better relieves symptoms like heartburn and regurgitation.
