Summary
This study looks at 750 people with medium-to-large belly hernias to compare three surgical methods: open surgery, laparoscopic (keyhole), and robot-assisted. The goal is to see which technique leads to the smoothest recovery, fewest complications, and lowest costs. Results will help doctors choose the best approach for each patient.
