Heart rhythm battle: which mapping method stops dangerous beats best?
NCT ID NCT06371729
Summary
This study compares two different heart mapping techniques used to guide a procedure called catheter ablation for ventricular tachycardia, a dangerous, fast heart rhythm. Researchers want to see if one method is better than the other at preventing the rhythm problem from coming back within a year. The trial will involve 222 adults who have an implanted defibrillator and need this procedure.
