Summary
This study compares two chemotherapy treatments, FOLFOX-6 and CAPOX, in 248 adults with metastatic colorectal cancer that has spread. Participants will receive one of the two regimens after surgery and be followed for 3 months. The goal is to see which treatment controls the disease better and causes fewer side effects, helping doctors choose the best option for patients.
