NCT ID NCT06851507

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a second cream (calcipotriene) to the standard treatment (fluorouracil) works better for people with multiple actinic keratoses—rough, scaly patches caused by sun damage that can turn into skin cancer. About 30 adults will apply one of the two creams to their skin for a short time. Researchers will check for side effects and how well each treatment clears the spots.
