Summary
This study tested three different flu vaccines in 366 adults to compare how well they trigger the immune system. The vaccines were made using eggs, cells, or recombinant technology. The goal was to see if the newer recombinant vaccine provides stronger protection, especially against certain flu strains. Results will help guide future vaccine choices.
