NCT ID NCT07523022

First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study looks at two common fertility drugs—gonadotropin and clomiphene citrate—to see which works better for men with low fertility. About 500 men with abnormal sperm will be randomly assigned to one of the drugs. Researchers will measure sperm count, movement, shape, and DNA health before and after treatment to find out which drug leads to bigger improvements.
