Summary
This study compares two types of back surgery for people with a herniated disc causing leg pain. One uses a tiny camera (endoscope), the other is a standard microsurgery. The goal is to see which provides faster pain relief and better recovery. 220 adults aged 18-85 will be followed for a year with MRI scans and pain questionnaires.
