NCT ID NCT07383259
First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study compares two treatments for children with a Class III underbite (where the lower jaw sticks out). One group uses a traditional facemask attached to the teeth, while the other uses a new chin-plate device attached to bone. The goal is to see which method better corrects the jaw position and reduces dental side effects. About 36 growing patients will be evaluated using X-rays before and after treatment.
