Eyelid surgery showdown: which technique lifts better?

Summary

This study compares two surgical methods (anterior vs. posterior white line advancement) to fix droopy eyelids in adults. About 54 participants will be randomly assigned to one technique and followed for 6 months. The goal is to see which approach improves eyelid position, symmetry, and patient satisfaction more.
