NCT ID NCT05405725
First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study compared a new drug called Enzene denosumab (ENZ215) to the approved drug Prolia in 504 postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. The goal was to see if the new drug works as well at improving bone density and controlling bone breakdown over 12 months. The trial is complete, and results help determine if ENZ215 is a safe and effective alternative.
