First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study compares two types of elbow implants used to replace a broken part of the elbow (radial head) that cannot be fixed with surgery. About 90 adults with recent elbow fractures will be randomly assigned to receive one of two implant designs. Researchers will measure elbow function, pain, and movement over 24 months to see if one design leads to better outcomes.
