Summary
This study tests whether a special foam dressing with povidone-iodine helps skin graft donor sites heal faster than standard paraffin gauze. About 82 people getting skin grafts will be split into two groups, each receiving one dressing type. Researchers will track healing, pain, and how often dressings need changing over two weeks.
