Spinal anesthesia boost: which Add-On works better for leg surgery?

Summary

This study tests two medications, dexmedetomidine and fentanyl, added to standard spinal anesthesia for lower leg surgeries. The goal is to see which one provides longer pain relief and faster recovery of movement. 40 adults aged 20-60 undergoing elective leg surgery will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two additives.
