Summary
This study aims to find the best combination of filling material and preparation tool for performing root canals on decayed baby molars in children aged 5-8. Researchers will compare two common filling pastes and two different methods for cleaning the tooth's roots. The goal is to see which approach leads to better healing, less pain, and a more natural process for the baby tooth to eventually fall out.
