Summary
This study aims to find the best method for treating severely decayed baby teeth in children aged 5-8. It compares two different filling materials and two different ways of cleaning the tooth's root canals. The goal is to see which combination leads to better healing, less pain, and a natural process for the tooth to eventually fall out.
