New dental device aims to ease Kids' pain during bite correction
NCT ID NCT07301918
Summary
This study is comparing two different dental devices used to correct a misaligned bite in children aged 6-12. Researchers want to see if a newer 'leaf' expander causes less pain in the first week than the standard 'Hyrax' expander. They will also measure how each device changes the shape of the child's jaw and teeth using special 3D X-rays.
