Summary

This study compared two types of blades (D-Blade and Macintosh blade) used with a video laryngoscope for placing a special breathing tube (double-lumen tube) in patients with normal airways undergoing lung surgery. A total of 252 adults participated. The main goal was to see how long it took to insert the tube correctly. The results help doctors choose the best tool for this procedure.
