Summary

This study compares two ways of contacting patients after they leave the emergency department. One group gets a standard phone call, while the other also receives text reminders and app instructions to check their lab results. The goal is to see which method helps patients connect with their care team faster. About 466 adults who are low-risk and need lab tests will take part.
