Summary

This study tested two different needle-based treatments for people with chronic tailbone pain that didn't get better with standard care. Fifty adults were randomly assigned to receive either a fluoroscopy-guided or an ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation. The goal was to see which technique provided better pain relief and improved daily function at 3 months after the procedure.
