New chemo cocktail aims to stop colon Cancer's return in High-Risk patients

Summary
This study compares two chemotherapy regimens (mFOLFIRINOX vs. mFOLFOX6) given after surgery to prevent cancer from coming back in people with high-risk stage III colon cancer. About 308 adults aged 20-75 who have had their tumor completely removed will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The main goal is to see which combination keeps patients cancer-free longer.
