Summary

This study compares two standard chemotherapy treatments (FOLFOX-6 and CAPOX) for people with advanced colon cancer that has spread. Researchers want to see which treatment better controls the cancer's growth while causing fewer serious side effects. The trial will follow 248 patients for three months to measure cancer progression and treatment safety.
