Summary

This study compares two common risk prediction tools (CCI and POSSUM) to see which better predicts complications in women undergoing surgery for gynecologic cancer. Researchers will track complications, hospital stay length, and 30-day survival in 300 participants. The goal is to improve preoperative planning and patient counseling.
